This weekend is a big weekend in Hannibal! For 48 years, the Hannibal Arts Council has been hosting the Hannibal Folklife Festival. Folklife was created to educate and celebrate Hannibal’s rich history by showcasing traditional craftsman, artisans, artists, makers, food, music and performers in the period setting and architecture of Hannibal’s Historic North Main Street. Attendees enjoy over 100 artists, artisans and makers selling traditional arts, fine arts and crafts. Local musicians fill the air with music and local nonprofits serve fabulous foods. Also available are cider fresh from the apple press, hot coffee and homemade root beer, a street pub, Farmer's Market and a Kid's Corner.
