Last week, our remote and local Hannas gathered at our Portland HQ for a week full of learning, celebration, and meaningful connections! Here are some highlights: ? Assembly: Our All Hanna Assemblies offer insights into our growth journey—where we've been, where we are now, and where we're headed next. ?? Hanna Happy Hour: We toasted, noshed, and celebrated our cultural values and purpose #ChampionsofChildhood with fun activities, including an exciting hula hoop tournament! ??? Sample Sale: A few times a year, we invite our employees to shop Hanna clothes and accessories at a discounted rate. Talk about an #employeeperk! ?? ERG Community Meet-up: We made new connections and friends during our first-ever ERG community meet-up, fostering inclusivity and belonging across our company. The week was also filled with delightful surprises — welcome cookies that matched our adorable holiday prints, massage sign-ups, #HannaJams raffle, wellness prize giveaways, and more. Grateful for our amazing team and an inspiring week together!

Giving back to our communities and supporting the livelihoods of children and families has always been woven into the fabric of our company's DNA. This month, our Hannas brought this commitment to life via three very special volunteer moments. ??Disney Days with Foster Love (Anaheim, CA): Our volunteers helped bring joy to siblings separated by the foster care system, reuniting them for a day of magic and unforgettable experiences. ?? Project Lemonade (Portland, OR): Our team empowered foster youth by fulfilling personalized shopping requests, assisting foster youth with their in-store shopping experience, crafting no-sew blankets, and more. ?? Samaritan House of San Mateo County: Our Hannas supported families in need by packaging hot meals and food kits for distribution. At Hanna, we work with a multitude of vendors across the world who help us bring our designs to life. For the past six years, we’ve hosted our Annual Vendor Summit, a special event designed to foster learning, collaboration, and connection among our team members, vendors, suppliers, and partners. This week, we celebrated our 7th Annual Vendor Summit—and it was a tremendous success! ?? Over the course of three days, we welcomed 35+ vendors to our Portland HQ, where they set up booths showcasing innovation in fabrics and garments. Our team facilitated strategic business meetings and seminars on key retail industry topics. Finally, we wrapped up with a cocktail party and awards ceremony filled with games, laughter, and fun. ?? A big thank you to all our teams at Hanna for their incredible collaboration and to our vendor partners for their continued support. This week, our employees came together to support our Foster Love partnership, celebrating and championing foster youth in the local Portland and Louisville communities – and wow, it was magical! Our Hannas volunteered their time to build new Hanna backpacks with matching lunch boxes and essential supplies (notebooks, pencils, crayons, rulers, and so much more!) to send little ones off to school in style. ? Across geographies, we flexed our creative muscles with handwritten notes of encouragement for each foster kiddo and by coloring in our own “Hanna <3 Foster Love” community poster. ? The new backpacks are heading directly to Foster Love partner agencies in our local Portland and Louisville communities (where our HQ and Distribution Center are based) – empowering foster children to begin the school year with confidence and style. ?? ? At Hanna, we love to champion childhood in action!
