It’s all coming together—walls up, windows in, roof on We received a new update on our Habitat for Humanity Wall Build. The walls we framed are now fully standing with the roof on, the windows installed, and shingles in place. Rough plumbing has already begun, and we’re thrilled to see how quickly this home is coming together! Mark assures us that there were no issues with our wall panels. A huge thank you to the Habitat for Humanity Maumee Valley team and all the volunteers working hard to make this a reality. Your efforts are truly transforming lives. In our commercial work, we see firsthand the transformation that construction brings to businesses and communities. Still recovering from Friday’s chili cookoff feast! Between the fierce chili competition and grilling up my favorite Carfagna’s Festival sausages, I think we’re all still full. It was a great way to celebrate our hardworking team and those big work anniversaries. Congrats again to Larry for snagging the chili trophy

What do you want for lunch on a hot day like today? Chili! HRCC wrapped up National Construction Appreciation Week with an employee appreciation chili cookoff. We honored some work anniversaries of our operations and field team under Sean’s leadership, including special shout-outs to Superintendent Tom McMillen (8 years), Jonathan Scott (7 years), and our Director of Operations & VP, Matt Rupp (12 years)! The chili competition was fierce, with four fantastic contenders, but it was Superintendent Larry Darnell who claimed the top spot. Congratulations Larry, that chili had some kick!
