We are very proud to be a part of this next generation office tower in Miami for Santander. The 41-story tower is being wrapped in an external structural diagrid with integrated terraces and gardens, while extensive retail and dining will front onto Brickell Avenue.??
We are delighted to announce that after more than 30 years at our 1401 Brickell Avenue location, we are planning to revamp our presence in Miami by constructing a cutting-edge 41-story office tower. During the construction period, we have relocated our operation to a new office space at 830 Brickell Plaza. The new Santander Tower, designed by Handel Architects and Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura, will stand at about 765 feet (233 meters) tall. It will offer prime office space with bay views, terraces with integrated gardens, and extensive retail and dining areas. This state-of-the-art facility, managed by Rilea Group, will meet the highest international standard for sustainable construction, incorporating the latest technology for security, connectivity, and energy efficiency. We look forward to contributing to Miami’s ongoing growth and welcoming you to our new home, a space designed to elevate the banking experience to new heights.?

Construction is progressing at the Emanuel Nine Memorial, a new public space dedicated to the lives and sacrifices of the Emanuel Nine, the clergy and church members who were murdered in 2015 at the historic Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston. Concrete was recently poured for the equipment building for the?fountain, and rebar is now being laid down for the Memorial Courtyard’s slab.? Expected opening in September 2025! Forty Six Fifty is nearing completion in Upper Manhattan! Designed for Arden Group, the project includes over 200 residences and a variety of amenities including a large landscaped roofdeck. A public charter school, School in the Square, will occupy space on the building’s second and third floors, which includes a regulation-size basketball court. The ground level will include one of the largest supermarkets in Inwood. Residents will have spectacular views of Fort Tryon Park and the Hudson River beyond.
