Stennis Technology Park is set to receive a significant boost with a $3 million grant from the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA). This Phase III investment will facilitate the development of two fully prepared industrial sites, equipped with essential infrastructure and pad-ready areas. Electronic or sealed Bids for construction of Stennis Tech Park Phase II Site Prep--Project No. AP2303 will be received by the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission at 14054 Fred & Al Key Road, Kiln, Mississippi 39556, until 2:00 P.M., Local Time, December 17th, 2024. The project generally consists of site development at Phase II of Stennis Tech Park, located east of Fred and Al Key Road and south of Stennis Airport Road. Work includes site clearing and grubbing, fill, grading, drainage, parking lots, water and sewer service tie-ins, and stone access roads. A pre-bid meeting for this project will be held on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., Local Time at the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission, located at 14054 Fred & Al Key Road, Kiln, Mississippi 39556.
