Request for Proposal (RFP) The Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission (HCPHC) is issuing an RFP for the creation of a Relocation and Quality of Place Brochure to promote Hancock County, Mississippi! We are looking for a talented marketing agency to: - Develop a cohesive strategy to attract businesses, residents, and workforce talent. - Craft compelling content showcasing economic opportunities and quality of life in the region. - Design stunning collateral materials, including brochures and flyers.
