On our third project for Techflex, Inc., we began by installing a 50,000 sq. ft. Butler MR-24? standing seam metal roof over the existing built-up roof, including new trims and gutters. The original, center-drained, built-up roof had been leaking badly. The owner desired to eliminate ponding water and drain water outboard. Other requests were to eliminate existing roof removal and disposal costs. An efficient double-sloped, light gauge galvanized Butler? slope build-up framing system was utilized and installed over an additional layer of 6" fiberglass insulation. #ButlerBuilder #ReRoof #TailoredConstructionServices
