Hance Park Conservancy

The Hance Park Conservancy is a public-private partnership established in 2012 for the revitalization and redevelopment of the Margaret T. Hance Park. The 22.5 acre park in downtown Phoenix is built over the 1-10 freeway and is often referred to as the "Deck Park". With the renaissance of Phoenix and the emergence of a culturally rich downtown, the redeveloped civic space at Hance Park is an opportunity to serve the continued positive growth and development of Phoenix and provide its citizens with an iconic, inspiring and world - class central park to speak to our aspirations to be an great city, attracting great people and companies.
