At yesterday's Commission meeting in Hampton, Hampton Roads Transit presented Ms. Denise Johnson, former Transit Riders Advocacy Committee (TRAC) Chair, with an award for her many years of service. As TRAC Chair, Ms. Johnson spent countless hours riding all of HRT's routes, letting riders know about system updates and programs we offer. She provided essential feedback to HRT on schedules, routes, and amenities customers wish to see. We are so grateful to Ms. Johnson and all she's done to help us provide transportation solutions that are reliable, safe, efficient, and sustainable. Send her your congrats in the comments! ??
