Our Baton Rouge offices’, Scott Thomas, who is also the current Member At Large for the Federal Bar Association’s Baton Rouge Chapter, attended the African American Heritage Program’s 30th Annual Celebration held at the Russell B. Long Federal Building and United States Courthouse. The event was put on by the United States Middle District Court. The LSLI was created at LSU in 1938 to establish an institute dedicated to law revision, law reform and legal research.
