Congratulations to GBMC HealthCare on the final move into the new Sandra R. Berman Pavilion in Towson, Maryland! The Sandra R. Berman Pavilion is a two-story, 70,000-SF comprehensive, multidisciplinary cancer center over a four-story parking garage. It serves as the new centralized location for the GBMC Sandra and Malcolm Berman Cancer Institute, providing outpatient cancer services with specialties including the comprehensive breast center, genetics, infusion therapy, gynecologic and medical oncology and oncology support. It has a new infusion center with open bays and private rooms along with an integrative wellness center, a specialized oncology pharmacy and a breast diagnostic imaging center. Construction of the new pavilion was completed in late 2024 and has opened in phases over the past two months to allow for the seamless relocation of staff and services. https://lnkd.in/gHtnWHCt #healthcaredevelopment #healthcarerealestate #hammes

Congratulations to our partners, Nolan Perez, M.D. and Surgery Ventures, powered by HCA Healthcare, on the one-year anniversary of the Jackson Medical Plaza in McAllen, Texas! ? We celebrated the grand opening of this new, state-of-the-art medical office building and ambulatory surgery center one year ago. Since then, Texas Digestive Specialists (TDS), has been able to carry out its mission of providing quality, effective digestive health services closer to home in the Rio Grande Valley. TDS has been able to recruit additional providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and physician assistants, who work out of the new Jackson Medical Plaza. McAllen Surgery Center, located on the first floor, has been an exceptional new surgical facility for the gastroenterologists and other surgeons who practice out of it. ?
