Our Nysmith Addition project is just getting underway. We're getting critical infrastructure in the ground to redirect stormwater and then we'll be off to the races with the building. We always enjoy teaming up with Architecture, Incorporated, J2, Ascent Engineering Group and Sean Kennedy. Looking forward to a great project!

Since 2005, Hammerhead Construction has been providing Commercial General Contractor services to the DC Metro Region and beyond. Our principals have a combined experience of over fifty years with hundreds of projects completed ranging from small interior renovations to multi-million dollar buildings. Hammerhead approaches each project with an open mind and flexibility to understand the needs of our clients and design teams and tailoring a solution to address those needs. By working closely with our teams of qualified subcontractors and architects/engineers, we identify and address potential hurdles proactively to provide a high quality finished product that meets our schedule commitments.

Employee Spotlight: Today we want to recognize Cory Choquette! It's never easy being tasked with taking on a project midway through construction but Cory has done an outstanding job at the helm of our AVI build out in Sterling, Virginia. His thoughtful coordination and attention to detail is ensuring that Hammerhead turns out another outstanding high-end tenant fit out, this one for our friends at AVI Systems. I'm excited to announce that Hammerhead has been awarded the build out for the newest location for AVI Systems. This will be a new 14,000sf warehouse and state of the art showroom. We look forward to working with Dave DiGirolamo, CTS-D, LEED AP and the entire AVI Team.
