Marex is a diversified financial services platform based in the UK and listed on Nasdaq. This agreement gives us immediate access to resources that will allow us to continue serving our clients effectively. Joining Marex will also provide us with access to their larger balance sheet, enabling us to take advantage of market opportunities and expand our business further. Marex has a global footprint with more than 35 offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We are excited to leverage this extensive network to grow our business. HCG clients will benefit from the wide range of products and services offered by Marex, not just in FX but also in other financial markets products, as well as energy and commodities markets. The acquisition of HCG, which is subject to due diligence, contract, and regulatory approval, will complement Marex's existing FX operations.
