Last week, we hosted our final REACH Collaborative of 2024! ?? Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) is part of our WeTHRIVE program aimed at reducing health disparities in Hamilton County. These collaboratives bring together community partners, like Produce Perks Midwest and Green Umbrella Regional Climate Collaborative, along with Neighborhood Navigators. We focused on healthy food access, safer transportation, and other ideas to make Hamilton County healthier and safer for everyone. ????
