Eric Alimena Joins Halmos Capital as Senior Associate MIAMI, FL – (February 1, 2024) Halmos Capital Partners (“Halmos”) is pleased to announce that Eric Alimena has joined the Firm as Senior Associate. Eric will be involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, due diligence and execution of post-closing growth and operations initiatives. Eric brings several years of private equity and investment experience. Most recently, he was an Associate at Aterian Investment Partners, a $2 billion middle market?private equity firm, where he focused on the due diligence and underwriting of new platform and add-on investments across a variety of industries along with general portfolio management activities. Before Aterian, Eric was an Investment Banking Analyst at Ducera Partners where he focused on a broad range of advisory assignments, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, and Special Situations. Eric began his career in the Global Industrials Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley.?Eric graduated cum laude from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Accounting & Financial Management.?He was also a sprinter and a captain of the Varsity Men’s Track and Field team.
