February is an extra special month at The Hallie225 Foundation. We are so excited to announce that so far this month, we have given out $66,500 in scholarships, medical grants and partnerships. Myles Grossman recently joined Rich Keller, The CATALYST (SCORE) on the Catalyst Effect Podcast to open up about his journey through grief and how he’s transforming this deep loss into something meaningful. Through heartfelt stories of Hallie, he reflects on how her presence continues to guide him every day. His approach to grief as a young adult offers valuable insights for anyone, no matter where they are in their journey. One of the powerful lessons he shares is: “Grief doesn’t take away your loved one; it reframes your connection to them. Instead of focusing on their absence, celebrate the memories and the bond that remains.” For him, Hallie remains a constant source of light, inspiring him to live fully and make a positive impact on the world. I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible work of the The Hallie225 Foundation Foundation. This non-profit charity is dedicated to Hallie Grossman, a bright young woman who loved elephants and fought a rare form of cancer for ten months before passing away. In her memory, Hallie225 raises funds for research scholarships for high-achieving students in need, cancer research and medical bills, mental health initiatives, animal welfare, and experience camps. I’m grateful to have received a scholarship from this organization, which has greatly supported my journey toward a master's degree in mental health. Today is Rare Cancer Awareness Day, and here at Hallie225, we’re remembering Hallie Grossman with a smile. Hallie brought so much light into the world, even during her battle with a rare cancer, and that’s how we want to celebrate her today—by sharing her strength, love for life, and incredible spirit. ?? While rare cancers may affect fewer people, their impact is profound. Hallie’s journey showed us that awareness is key—because the more we understand, the better we can support families and those affected. At Hallie225, we focus not just on awareness but on action. We provide scholarships that help alleviate financial burdens for individuals in need, including a dedicated medical scholarship to ease the strain of hospital bills, transportation costs, and other essential expenses. By raising our voices, we stand with rare cancer fighters and their families, hoping for a future where treatments are more accessible and fewer people face these challenges alone. Today, we remember Hallie and all those fighting rare cancers. Share her story, spread awareness, and help us make a difference through our scholarship programs. Our Scholarships and Grants available are in the following areas: Academic Scholarships: For those in need of financial assistance to cover tuition and fees for undergraduate or graduate school. ?????? Medical Grants: For those requiring financial assistance for medical expenses, including but not limited to cancer-related treatments or mental health support. ????
