Welcome Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America to Nashville and the state of Tennessee. Renaissance will assume management of TennCare’s statewide dental program beginning November 1st which serves 1.5 million of Tennessee’s most vulnerable population. “There was an opportunity for us to deliver what we believe is a higher quality of care in Tennessee. Nashville is the health care capital and it’s a great place to really plant a flag and develop a cornerstone of our business nationally,” said David Pemberton, who has been hired to lead Renaissance’s Nashville office as State Market Director, to the?Nashville Business Journal?in an interview.
