We were honored to contributed to this year’s AIA Tampa Bay Spring 2025 Firm Crawl at the H+P Tampa office! AIA Tampa Bay asked three Tampa-area firms to open their doors to students from SACD - USF School of Architecture and Community Design and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University for an exciting tour of Downtown Tampa and Water Street Architecture Firms. The Firm Crawl was a fantastic opportunity for students and emerging professionals to connect, learn, and get a glimpse into the world of practice. John Pichette and Hazim Habib introduced Mumford Properties’ seven-story multi-family project in the Rosemary District at a community workshop forum. The luxury condominium project includes a rooftop pool overlooking the city and a linear public park with an entrance on Central Avenue. Landscape Architect Arron Diedrich, Principle of Oasis landscape Architecture, joined us to present the park’s design.
