Today is October 18, #WorldMenopauseDay. Today, one year ago, our team at HalftheSky, LLC, came together to design a better world for women. After spending decades in health and wellness marketing and launching billion-dollar products, we wanted to do something different that was lasting and meaningful. We started by pinning a meme on our walls: "In one year, you will either have a year's worth of excuses or a year's worth of movement." We took that as our North Star. A year later, we've come so far! We are deeply proud to announce our first product, BestYet For Women: https://bestyet.life BestYet helps women take charge of their menopausal journey by connecting them to a 'complete health' and well-being collective of peers, mentors, experts, and ideas on the essential dimensions of health. We are deeply grateful to many people who have helped and mentored us on our journey, making this moment possible. Research shows that menopause continues to be understudied globally despite 47 million new women going through it every year. We kickstarted our global index study—BEAM ‘Raise Menopausal Voices’—to annually track how women are living through their menopausal transition stages.
