Ryan ~ What do you love most about working at Haley?? "The people.?We have a great team here at Haley from top to bottom.?I can’t say enough about the accounting team!?We enjoy working together and I’m proud to work with some of the brightest and most talented people I’ve ever worked with.?I also love the variety.?Almost every day is different, and our collaborative nature makes it fun to solve problems and move forward together!" What is one thing on your bucket list?? "Travel more, including visiting as many national parks across the United States as I can with my family and going to Hawaii as much as possible ?? Also learning to water ski again – I haven’t done it since high school but I’d love to do it again!!" Jeff Arnold ~ What is Ryan’s most significant achievement over the past year? "Ryan’s most significant achievement this past year has been ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our financial reporting, even while navigating staffing shortages. With over twenty years of management experience, Briketa brings great energy, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence in everything she does. Amarillo is home for her—she grew up here and now shares her life with a beautiful family of seven dogs! ???? She’s not just a fantastic addition to the team—she’s also hilarious (even if she says she’s “so lame” ??). "Meeting Captain YieldStar at my first Leadership Conference (2010) and how he made fun of Doug’s plaid jacket – guy was a kick!" What is one thing you can’t live without? For nearly nine years, Michael has been a dedicated part of the Village Square team in Searcy, AR, with the last three years at Haley Residential. His heart for people sets him apart—always going the extra mile for residents, including caring for an elderly resident who lives alone. His kindness and willingness to help make him a beloved part of the community. ? Beyond his property, Michael is a true team player, always ready to assist at sister locations. When he’s not at work, he enjoys mud riding, fishing, hunting, and home projects—including building his own house! ?? ?
