Berkley’s journey with Haley began through the Manager in Training program in 2020. This program provided her with hands-on experience across various dealership departments, and is what she attributes much of her success to. Today, Berkley serves as the Marketing and CRM Manager, where she leverages her knowledge and skills to drive Haley Automotive Group's marketing strategies and customer relationship management. Her commitment to excellence and ability to connect with both employees and customers have made her an invaluable asset to the team. Her journey from a trainee to her current role is a testament to the supportive environment at Haley that fosters growth and development. Celebrating Women's History Month, today we highlight Carolyn Barron, Senior Office Manager at Haley. Carolyn has been a cornerstone of the Haley Automotive Group since October 17, 1988, when it was just a small Pontiac store with four women in the office. Over the years, she has cherished the family-owned, hometown business and the incredible people who make her feel valued and an integral part of the Haley family. Carolyn's dedication and love for her job are evident in her daily enthusiasm. Her favorite thing about working at Haley is the people; she has the joy of working alongside her daughter, Tricia, and the amazing women in the office. Together, they have all contributed to Haley's success, creating a supportive and thriving work environment. Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her grandkids, watching football and baseball, and playing pickleball - she is slightly obsessed.????? Her passion for the outdoors, especially in warm weather, adds to her vibrant and fulfilling life. Carolyn's story is a testament to the power of community, family, and the remarkable impact of women in the workplace. Michelle thrives on problem-solving—she enjoys tackling challenges and finding solutions that keep our customers happy and their vehicles running smoothly. Her ability to think on her feet and find the best outcomes makes a big impact every day. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and hanging out with friends and family by the pool. When asked what she loves about working at Haley, she shared that it’s the supportive environment and the way everyone looks out for one another that makes it such a great place to be.
