Nathalie joins Haleon from L’Oréal Group, where she led the Consumer Products Division in North America. She brings over two decades of experience in FMCG, retail, and beauty, across 3 continents, with a track record of successfully driving growth and transformation at scale, and building strongly engaged, high performing teams. We’d also like to thank Lisa Paley for her significant contribution to Haleon in North America. Lisa has played an important role in building Haleon’s foundations in North America and putting us on a path for long-term success. We wish Lisa all the best for the future.? Diabetes affects nearly 540 million people globally and is widely recognised to have a strong link with severe gum disease.? ? ?? Could your dentist help detect diabetes? ?? A new study suggests that over a million people at high risk of Type 2 diabetes - or already living with it unknowingly - could be identified through routine dental visits across the UK. With funding from Haleon and support from the NIHR Birmingham Biomedical Research Centre (BRC), our researchers are developing an innovative care pathway to support early detection of Type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes during oral health check-ups. The simple process involves patients completing a short questionnaire to assess their diabetes risk, followed by a quick finger-prick blood test. Ann, who is living with diabetes, shares how this screening made a difference in her life. That’s why our India team partnered with members of the Indian Dental Association (H.O.) and 30 member dentists at the world’s largest human gathering, Maha Kumbh 2025.?? ? Their goal? To raise awareness by carrying out individual online dental screening in India. And an incredible 27,396 people later, they were awarded the ‘Most online dental screenings conducted in just 24 hours’ by Guinness World Records.? ?
