Sid Banerjee serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Medallia, a customer experience software company that uses AI and machine learning to help businesses improve customer satisfaction. He also serves as Chairman at Prolific, and was the Founder, CEO, Chairman, and Chief Strategy Officer at Clarabridge, acquired by Qualtrics in Sept. 2021 for $1.125 billion. Sid has held additional founding and management positions over his impressive nearly 30-year career building companies and solutions based on customer experience, business intelligence, and AI-powered technologies. Brent Lang is a business advisor, mentor, board member, philanthropist, and Olympic gold medalist. He also is the former Chair and CEO of Vocera Communications, a public company based in the Silicon Valley with a revenue of more than $230 million per year, acquired by Stryker in Feb. 2022. Currently, Brent is on the board of Outset Medical, the Chair of the Board at Eko Health, a director on the board of Thriveworks, and the Chair of the Board of Movella. Both Sid and Brent have recently presented case study skill series on finding product-market fit and go-to-market strategies to our 2025 Health cohort, as well as giving tailored advisor office hours for our fellows.
