Haitian Heritage Month is upon us!! Our array of artistic and cultural programs serves as a bridge to our Haitian roots, fostering a connection to our identity. These initiatives enable us to celebrate and share the richness of our culture, thereby strengthening our bonds within the community here in Indiana.

Thanks to our team, The Haitian Association of Indiana held its community Ressource Fair event at the Kiskeya Cultural Complex located at 4330 N Post Rd. The event enjoyed a successful turnout, with several Haitian families from the East Side community taking the opportunity to meet and talk to organizations such as IU Health, Aspin, CareSource, and Eskenazi Health. They gathered information and discussed important topics such as family planning, childcare and education, food, clothing, mental health, medical coverage, Medicare and Medicaid, employment, and transportation.
