This project blends innovation, sustainability, and historic preservation to create a dynamic space for Knoxville’s creative professionals. ? A special thanks to The Christman Company - Tennessee Region for helping organize this event and for their role in bringing this vision to life! Thanks to support from TDEC grants, the City of Knoxville PILOT program, and Federal Historic Tax Credits, this renovation will enhance walkability, boost connectivity, and drive growth in the Uptown North corridor. More than just revitalizing a building, we’re shaping a sustainable future while preserving Knoxville’s rich history. ?
