Yesterday our marketing team was able to have an amazing team building activity at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dabney Hailey works with companies, doctors, students (she teaches at MIT and Harvard) on building empathy and community. And she does it through art. Her team members taught us how to better lead conversations so that we can learn from everyone’s shared experiences and enable everyone at the table to feel appreciated and valued.
