When have you last bet on yourself? Yesterday, I applied to speak in Chicago for TEDx this September. Will I be selected? Who knows. Truly, who cares. I'm proud of myself for taking the time to put myself out there to even apply! I made this video and put it out into the world for 2 reasons: 1. I hope in seeing my path that you are encouraged to bet on yourself! No matter what you are interested in achieving....take a step to accomplish it. Will it work? Who cares. If not keep trying! I may have to apply several times to speak for TEDx. Sooner or later I'll be chosen. Just like sooner or later you'll accomplish your goal too. 2. To put good energy out into the world. Often times, anxiety is developed over secrets kept. Promoting positivity in the world is needed now more than ever. I'm hoping you share your successes too! Simply applying to be a TEDx speaker is an accomplishment. How many of you wish you could be one as well yet haven't applied? All this to say......bet on yourself.
