Meet Dina - an apprentice industrial clerk at our Blieskastel site! ?? Dina joined Hager Group after a former apprentice recommended the opportunity to her and is currently part of the Talent Acquisition Early Careers team in the HR department. Hager Group has achieved this, thanks in large part to our cross-functional collaboration and to colleagues like Michel Voinson, our Manufacturing Program Senior Manager. Here Michel identifies essential influencing criteria he applied from a manufacturing perspective: ?? Establish your targets My role was to engage and manage a community of stakeholders within Group Manufacturing to achieve our goals. The team worked together to develop a management system that allows us to provide transparency on our decarbonisation trajectory, which is fully in line with the commitment certified by SBTI (Science Based Targets initiative). ?? Data integrity Hager is a large company with many cross-functional stakeholders which requires strong coordination within the management system. This coordinated effort includes the collecting, organising, managing and reporting data in the most accurate way. A lot of focus has been invested into developing the appropriate tools to support data driven decision-making and provide the necessary transparency. ??Make a difference Global warming is accelerating at an alarming rate. I'm personally convinced that we must do everything we can to limit these effects via our operations. The Platinum rating recognises Hager's commitment towards protecting the environment. This makes Hager the partner of choice for employees and customers who have a sincere concern to make the world a better place.
