???Haewoori Offshore Wind Co., Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea Marine Equipment Research Institute(KOMERI) and Ulsan Technopark for collaboration on floating offshore wind technology and workforce development. Haewoori Offshore Wind signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Ulsan Metropolitan City Government to strengthen the cooperation in developing the Ulsan Floating Offshore Wind Farm Project and revitalizing the local economy. The signing ceremony was held in Ulsan on November 5 with Doo-Gyum Kim, Mayor of Ulsan Metropolitan City, and four floating offshore wind projects including Haewoori, Bandibuli Energy, KFW and Gray Whale Offshore Wind. This collaboration represents a combined investment of 37.2 trillion KRW (approx. 28 billion USD) with each company committing to develop and operate projects. On October 16, 2024, Haewoori Offshore Wind Co., Ltd., partnered with Ulsan Maeil, successfully hosted the awards ceremony for the 2nd Ulsan Sea Drawing Contest. The contest, which invited Ulsan’s elementary school students to creatively interpret themes of "Wind Power," "Environment," and "Future," culminated in 14 award-winning artworks.
