Training at Hadrian this past week with our 4 latest hires (3 weeks in) on our material preparation and tools stations. These are where we prep trainees for the rigor of production! Material Prep ? 1st pic - Mike is programming the bandsaw to make cuts to raw material ? 2nd - Julie verifies the accuracy of each cut with manual measuring tools Tools ? 3rd - Joshua cleans the tip of a cutting tool being built on the presetter ? 4th - John cleans off a tool being taken apart
