?? Volunteers Wanted ?? Our hackathon needs you for our exciting weekend of tech and teamwork. Registration for volunteers is now open! Are you looking for a way to be involved with HackViolet? Do you want volunteer hours? Want to support a great cause? Whether you're setting the stage, welcoming participants, or ensuring everyone is well-fed and on track, your contribution is invaluable. Sign up at hackviolet.com ??Setup: As a volunteer, you will play a role in creating a seamless launch experience for HackViolet by assisting with check-in, hanging banners, setting up workshop rooms, and finalizing all preparations. ??Check-in: As a volunteer, you will be a point of contact for hackers as they arrive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The necessary materials will be provided for this role. ??Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Setup/Cleanup: Volunteers will help set up, hand out, and cleanup catered food. ???Directing Hackers: As a volunteer, you will guide and assist hackers as they navigate the event, ensuring they know where to go and have a smooth experience. You will be provided our schedule and rooms that hackers will be going to and from. ??Cleanup: As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all rooms after HackViolet. This will mainly involve getting rooms back to their original state.

??Become a Mentor or Judge for HackViolet!?? ??Do you have previous hackathon experience? Want to add volunteer positions on your resume? Passionate about tech and helping others? Then look no further! HackViolet is looking for mentors and judges. Take advantage of these opportunities! ?? MENTOR INFO: As a mentor, you will assist hackers as they work on their projects by offering advice and guidance. Mentors must be in person at our event (Feb 1st, 2024) for a minimum of 2 hours. ?? JUDGE INFO: As a judge, you will evaluate and score hackathon projects, using your expertise and a judging rubric to evaluate creative solutions and ideas. Judges must be available in person at our event (Feb 2nd, 2024) from 12:30PM - 6:00PM.
