We just wrapped up an amazing AI day at HackerRank ?? Our goal is to hear from people who are operating at the edge of the space on how AI is progressing and share how we are shaping our product with AI to solve user needs. This year we had Aravind Srinivas and Thomas Dohmke as guests and boy was it insightful! Thank you, both ?? Here's what we showcased: * Proctor mode: It is like having a human proctor for take-home assessments, except here it's powered by AI. It sets the test instructions, detects suspicious activity in real time, and submits a comprehensive report that includes a full-session replay. * AI Interviewer: An AI designed to help developers prepare for interviews and companies to conduct their first-round of interviews, not just to evaluate code correctness, but their thought process, an increasingly critical skill in the new world. * Engage Assistant: An AI assistant to rediscover past candidates with the skills you’re looking for, source new candidates from our database and build a campaign in minutes to connect authentically with developers. * AI Tutor: SkillUp’s AI tutor helps upskill your developers through real-world tasks, creates structured learning paths, and certifies them to be next-gen developers. * HR-Astra benchmark: We built the?HR-ASTRA benchmark?to assess foundational models and agents on real-world problems, measuring correctness, consistency, efficiency, cost & communication.
