We're excited to share about how Habitat for Humanity and MEDINA COUNTY OFFICE FOR OLDER ADULTS, Aging In Place program is making a positive impact on the lives of local seniors. One senior, recently received a much-needed boost to her safety and quality of life. Before the program intervened, her front porch was in a state of disrepair, posing a significant rise of falls. Thanks to the dedicated Aging In Place team, she received a brand-new porch that has transformed her home into a safe and more enjoyable space. This is one of the 60 projects that have been completed throughout Medina County over the last 13 months. Stories like these remind us of the power of community and the positive impact even small acts of kindness can have on our neighbors. Habitat for Humanity recently celebrated the completion and sale of this beautiful home in Wadsworth! The construction of this home started in a parking lot at Ravago Americas (Medina). Several companies, businesses, organizations, came together to build the walls for this home.
