A heartfelt thank you to Lowe's Companies, Inc. for going above and beyond to support Air Force Veteran Mr. Lyles! ?????? With the help of a Lowe’s grant, we were able to bring Mr. Lyles’ property up to code, providing him with peace of mind during challenging times. A special shoutout also to the incredible team from Lowe’s in Land O’ Lakes who volunteered their time and skills to complete painting, landscaping, and fence work—while also donating all the materials needed for the project. Your generosity and hard work have truly made a difference in Mr. Lyles’ life and home.

November is Veterans Initiative Month at Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County, and we’re still reeling from the excitement of our Veterans Fishing Tournament! ?????? A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to honor our veterans and support our mission of building and repairing homes for those who’ve served. Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County and Target are teaming up to build a home for a local family. Target is donating $75,000 toward construction of a 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath townhome for Tampa resident. Recently, Target employees joined Habitat volunteers for painting, landscaping and other beautification projects at the home site. Construction is expected to be completed by March 2025, with a home dedication celebration to follow. #target
