Our team is working to deliver more private-sector, rapid-delivery workforce housing. During a recent site visit in the Santa Maria Valley, we reviewed construction progress and gathered valuable feedback from the construction trades. By continuously refining our detailing and processes, we aim to accelerate the completion of new housing, bringing it to market faster for our communities.
