H3 Dynamics was honored to be part of the official ????France < > ????Netherlands round table on Sustainable Aviation and Climate which took place at the MEDEF in Paris this week, with site visits to Safran and Groupe ADP. During the forum, H3 Dynamics CEO Taras Wankewycz and commercial lead Karim Benizeri shared a step by step and decentralised approach capable of scaling green hydrogen from airport to airport, as well as its dual role both as direct fuel and as a feedstock for eSAF (#PtL). Representatives from academia, corporates and government came together to build an action plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in aviation, and join both national ecosystems together to strengthen and accelerate. New partnership on new hydrogen-electric sea glider vessels! Miami-based ????Sea Cheetah Corporation is introducing a new breed of sea gliding ships, skimming on an air cushion (no water friction) ….and hydrogen-electric power - courtesy of H3 Dynamics in Toulouse, ???? France, bringing efficient aerospace-grade fuel cell system capability as well as green hydrogen on-demand for remote fueling points. ? Sea Cheetah provides a transportation ecosystem centered around its Wing-in-Ground-Effect (WIGE) vessel, which leverages proven technology to travel in and outside of ground effect at speeds exceeding 135 knts (250 kph / 155 mph). ? Flying a few meters above water, Sea Cheetah vessels connect coastal and island regions at a fraction of the time of existing maritime and aerial transportation. ? Although the Sea Cheetah WIGE looks like an aircraft, it will be classified and operated as a marine vessel. This distinction significantly impacts the certification process and time to market. Since the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) only regulates vehicles flying above 50 feet, WIGE vessels fall outside the FAA's jurisdiction. The company is collaborating with the ????Coast Guard and other national maritime organizations to certify the vessels in accordance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) WIGE ship classification as of May 18, 2018 (MSC.1/Circ.1592).
