Its objectives include gathering key stakeholders, ensuring project sustainability, and integrating H-PASS with existing EU initiatives. Ultimately, H-PASS aims to enhance healthcare workforce competence, making healthcare systems more resilient through effective training programs.

Meet the people behind H-PASS!? David Smith is the Director of International Network for Health Workforce Education David Smith is leading Work Package 4 and 5 on behalf of INHWE. David has been dedicated to improving healthcare education and policy for the last 15 years. WP4 strives to create educational resources that will give educators the tools they need to implement the H-Pass training guide. While WP5 provides an online and virtual reality environment where those resources can be accessed, monitored and come to life. We hope this work will create a lasting toolkit for use by interprofessional educators from across the EU and beyond.
