The H-PASS project is proud to announce its participation in the EUPHA - European Public Health Association HWR Midterm Conference “Responding to challenges in health and care workforce: innovative research, policies and practices.” The event, took place on 20-21 March 2025 in Budapest, Hungary, was organised in collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for Europe, the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies and the @Portuguese Institute of Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (IHMT) – WHO Collaborating Center on Health Workforce Policy and Planning. Hosted by Semmelweis University Health Services Management Training Centre? – WHO Collaborating Centre on Human Resources for Health Development and Data-driven Health, the conference brought together leading experts in health workforce research and policy. As part of the program, H-PASS presented a poster showcasing our latest contributions to strengthening the health and care workforce. This was a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders, share insights, and discuss innovative solutions to workforce challenges. Digital skills took center stage in a panel session hosted by the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies. Experts discussed the role of digital competencies in shaping the future of healthcare systems and workforce development. Moderated by Michelle Falkenbach and Marius I. U., the session featured keynote speaker Gemma Williams and panelists Monica Georgiana Br?nzac, Eszter Kovacs and Federica Margheri. Alongside the BeWell Project, the H-PASS initiative was also highlighted by Dr. Eszter Kovács, emphasizing the importance of developing digital competencies for healthcare professionals. ?? Exciting Milestone for the H-PASS Project! ?? We are pleased to share that the Hungarian pilot of the H-PASS project officially launched on March 19! ?? Two groups have embarked on this journey: ? A hybrid group, combining online and in-person training ? A fully online group, offering flexible learning opportunities for participants. Both groups started with an online onboarding session on Wednesday afternoon. A third group will start in early May, giving even more participants the opportunity to join the program. We’re excited to see how participants progress and look forward to sharing updates along the way! ?? ?? Introduction to H-PASS Greek Pilot Training Course ?? In February 2025, University of Crete held six online presentations to introduce the Greek-language pilot training for healthcare professionals. These one-hour sessions, conducted on February 10th, 11th, and 25th, were designed to provide comprehensive details about the upcoming pilot training course. The goal was to ensure that healthcare professionals, who had already shown preliminary interest in enrolling, received clear and detailed information about the structure and content of the program.
