As 2024 came to a close, I can't help but reflect on what an incredible year it’s been for HM Manufacturing. This year, we proudly celebrated our 45th anniversary—a milestone that speaks to our resilience, innovation, and the strong foundation my father built all those years ago. Having him by my side as we continue to grow makes every achievement that much more special. We had the privilege of mentoring many talented interns this year, introducing them to the exciting world of manufacturing. From marketing to robotics, these future leaders gained hands-on experience, and I couldn’t be prouder of the role we play in shaping the next generation of manufacturing professionals.
