Melanie Brann is the Executive Administrative Assistant for H.H. Morgan. For over 4 years, she has been the lifeline of our business, and so much more. She is a friend, confidante, counselor, and a true anchor for our team. Her impeccable organization, dedication, and attention to every detail ensure that we all have what we need to succeed. She has supported clients in accounting outsourcing and today she supports H.H. Morgan’s accounting needs. Beyond Melanie’s professional excellence, her heart for the Lord radiates in all that she does, inspiring us daily with her grace and compassion. We are endlessly grateful for her, and it is an honor to call her both colleague and friend. If you need a laugh, then get to know her because her one liner zingers will have you doubled over laughing out loud. Melanie’s talents are many. She could earn a living as an interior designer, organizational expert, personal stylist and stand-up comic. However, she has chosen to dedicate her many skills to H.H. Morgan, and we are so grateful. In her free time, she can be found loving on her husband, her children, grandchildren and her dog, Boomer. A little secret about Melanie is she knows her spaghetti. She is an introvert with extroverted qualities. Baileigh is well respected by anyone she comes into contract with and has a willing heart to serve others. She possesses the natural type of leadership qualities that cannot be taught. Baileigh is a great listener, a quick learner, true problem solver to her core, and deeply cares for others. She is a truly genuine person who radiates love and positivity. She has consistently demonstrated kindness, compassion, and humility. Baileigh's dedication to her work and family, her perseverance in achieving her goals, and her philanthropic efforts highlight her shining character. She has always been an exceptional friend and colleague, never failing to show up and give her all. We are truly fortunate to have someone so beautiful, inside and out, in our lives. Pat Spinella is a CFO Advisor for HHM and has been with the company since 2016. She is a vibrant CPA who brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our team. She is also a mom and grandma! She is married to the love of her life. Pat is active and engaged, often sharing her financial expertise with younger colleagues. She is highly proficient in Excel, using her skills to create detailed spreadsheets for the team. Pat started out her career as a biochemist, which has given her a unique perspective on problem-solving and analytical thinking. Outside of work, she has a passion for swimming, which she indulges in daily. If she isn’t swimming, she is serving as treasurer in her church or walking her dog. Being around Pat you can’t help but laugh. She has this way of brightening a room.
