Gym Owners… There aren’t a million ways to grow your gym. There’s only 3. ?? Get MORE CUSTOMERS. This one's obvious. If you have 20 clients and increase to 40, your revenue grows. Increase AVERAGE TICKET PRICE. If 20 clients pay $100/month and you get 5 to upgrade to $500/month through personal training, semi-private etc, you've grown significantly without adding a single new client. Increase PURCHASE FREQUENCY. Two approaches here: Add more purchases (supplements, apparel, nutrition), Extend membership duration through better retention. Most gym owners obsess over #1 while ignoring #2 and #3 - which is like trying to drive a car with only one wheel. The most successful gyms we work with focus on all three levers simultaneously.
