Elan Satellite Place, a new residential development offering studio to 3-bedroom floor plans, is coming soon to the Satellite Place Office Complex. Located at 3100 Commerce Ave., this 328-unit multifamily project is rising around the corner from Gwinnett Place Mall. Developed by Greystar, the project includes a new parking deck that will serve both residents and office tenants. This mixed-use space promises to bring convenient living options to a growing area while enhancing the complex’s amenities.

Earlier this month, the Gwinnett Place CID held its planning session to discuss key initiatives and potential changes that will shape the district’s future. The session focused on upcoming projects, growth strategies and opportunities designed to enhance the area’s development. These discussions are an important step toward fostering a thriving environment for both businesses and the community. We are excited about the direction Gwinnett Place is heading and the positive impact these efforts will have on the district.

The Gwinnett Place area in Duluth has become the new hub for the growing Korean community. Atlanta’s emergence as a major K-pop destination, with many U.S. concerts making their only Southeast stop here, has increased awareness of Korean culture and fueled demand for Korean food.
