Last weekend, the CFEE team, Kathy Korman Frey, Elizabeth Snyder, and Leialani Nunez, had the incredible opportunity to present at the USASBE- United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, a premier gathering of entrepreneurship educators and thought leaders. Our session focused on a critical question: How can we expand women’s entrepreneurial leadership beyond the classroom? ?? Our Inspiration: At George Washington School of Business (GWSB), women’s leadership isn’t just a topic—it’s a commitment. GWSB is ranked among Princeton Review’s “Best Opportunities for Women” and holds the #1 spot globally for the highest percentage of women in its MBA program. ?? Our Approach: We introduced the "Multiplier Effect", a model inspired by GWSB’s Women Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) course, designed to scale impact beyond academia and into corporations and institutions worldwide. ??
