One of my favorite parts of the Ariat Dirt World Summit was when BuildWitt showed this video. It is an awesome example of what they are trying to achieve as an organization, while also providing a reminder that it is everyone's responsibility to train the next generation for success. At GVC Construction,Inc., we are doubling down on training and mentorship. Some of the initiatives we have implemented are: -Off-site and on-site training and development -Performance Reviews & Goal Setting -Daily huddles and de-briefs to cover what went well, what could have gone better, and what we can do to improve Through these, we are fostering a stronger team environment and providing our team members with the tools that will help them reach their goals.
