A great day for our Bay Area Multi-family partners!
Had an excellent day at the Bisnow Multifamly conference yesterday in San Francisco. Great to hear all the panel’s insights on the state of the market and how we can improve our products. It was also great to connect with some of our consultanting and development partners and hopefully make some new ones!
Yesterday evening we had the pleasure of attending the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Cityline project in Sunnyvale, CA. It was exhilarating to see the finished project and catch up with the design team. Cityline represents incredible positive growth for Sunnyvale’s downtown and we are honored to be part of the team that made it happen! Congrats to Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Hunter Properties, Inc. for the culmination of their shared vision. Enjoy the incredible views from the roof deck terrace we had the pleasure of designing!

Yesterday we said good-bye to our intern over the past two summers, Sydney Watt. She is returning to finish her studies at Cal Poly SLO. We will greatly miss her spirit and the effort she brought to the office! She had a knack for asking the right questions and always kept us on our toes! We are pleased to announce the recent promotion of Marco Lei to Associate Principal. Marco has been with the Guzzardo Partnership since 2013 and over that time has proved to be an invaluable team member. He has quickly risen the ranks and acquired his Landscape Architecture license along the way.
