Project Spotlight Saturday HR Boswell W Management 371 | 1,360 SF | Sun City, AZ This medical office suite underwent a complete transformation, featuring a full demolition and the installation of new finishes such as acoustical ceilings, doors, millwork, fixtures, paint, and flooring.? The redesigned space now includes offices, a collaborative conference room, a restroom, and a breakroom, creating an efficient and inviting environment. What makes this project particularly special is that it was built out for a valued client with whom we have a strong partnership on other tenant improvement projects, and they were extremely pleased with the results.? This successful collaboration reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality spaces tailored to our clients' needs.

Project Spotlight Saturday SMIL Union Hills | 5,210 SF | Phoenix, AZ This facility now boasts specialized rooms for a range of high-tech imaging equipment, including an X-Ray, CT scanner, a 1.5T MRI, and a cutting-edge 3T MRI. Significant mechanical work was completed to support the installation of the new 3T MRI, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with the industry standards. The entire space has been refreshed with new, high-quality interior finishes, contributing to a more welcoming and professional environment. We have incorporated ADA-compliant restrooms and dedicated changing rooms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all patients.
