Thursday, January 9, has been designated a national day of mourning out of respect for former President James Earl Carter Jr. The 39th president passed away on Sunday, December 29, at the age of 100. We join his family and the nation in mourning the loss of former President Jimmy Carter. In keeping with tradition, the New York Stock Exchange and its related US equity and options markets will be closed for the day. The NASDAQ will also be closed, while the bond market will close early at 2 p.m. ET. Our office will also be closed, and we expect to reopen Friday.
