Gulfstream was contracted by the St Johns County Board of County Commissioners to construct the Mussallem Beachfront Park, which is now in Phase 3 and the Design Phase.? The project consists of parking access, restroom facilities with showers and rinse-down areas, as well as stormwater collection/treatment facilities. Gulfstream Design Group was engaged by St Johns County to prepare civil engineering plans for a new disc golf club in Elkton, Florida. Gulfstream completed the plans to add the regulation disc golf course to the existing St. Johns County Golf Club. This will provide St. Johns County residents an opportunity to play disc golf. Gulfstream was responsible for translating the vision of Houck Design and St. Johns County into a civil engineering design. The disc golf course complements the fairways and greens while safely separating the two courses.
