This week, we were honored to welcome Shaun Donovan, CEO of Enterprise Community Partners, to Richland Gardens. Near Jackson, Mississippi, Richland Gardens is a USDA Rural Development residential community where GCHP completed the total renovation of 48 apartment homes and constructed six new units, a leasing office, a community room and garden, and a playground. #affordablehousing #housingforall

We're incredibly grateful for Pearl Street Community Development Corporation and our numerous partners who envisioned potential in this once-abandoned hotel, seeing it as an opportunity to create something valuable for the residents of Jackson. We were thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of The Pearl, a GCHP Health + Housing community in Jackson, Mississippi, featuring 76 affordable apartments for seniors aged 55 and older and an onsite community health clinic operated by Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center. #affordablehousing #healthandhousing #jackson

In the summer, good neighbors show up with snowballs! We loved celebrating #NWweek with some of our residents in Baton Rouge last week. Thank you to our partners, BREC, for providing the games and fun.

Our partners, Odyssey House Louisiana, showed us years ago that affordable healthcare and quality housing are fundamental pillars for building strong communities and improving individual lives. We were excited to join them and our city and state elected officials yesterday to celebrate the grand opening of their Tonti Community Health Center.
