Shannon began her journey as Collections Manager in 2014, was promoted to Vice President of Member Solutions in 2021, and now steps into the role of COO. She will oversee Membership, Fraud, Member Solutions, Contact Center, and Teller Operations. With 19 years in financial services—16 of those in credit unions—Shannon is passionate about supporting our members. She's also the wife of an educator and the daughter of a retired educator. With more than 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, Mr. Stegall brings extensive operational knowledge and proven multi-department leadership.
